To enroll your child in LCISD, bring the following items to the campus which you are zoned for (see links to attendance zone maps below):
- Child's state-issued birth certificate (not a photocopy)
- Child's social security card
- Child's full immunization records
- Proof of withdrawal from former school
- Parent's driver's license
- Proof of residency within the district (utility bill or lease agreement)*
*Utility bill must be provided within 30 days of enrollment. If you are not required to pay utility bills for your residence, a verification letter from property landlord must be provided.
