🚨🚨🚨 TRANSPORTATION UPDATE 🚨🚨🚨 Due to poor road conditions, LCISD buses will run on pavement and caliche roads only for the morning and afternoon routes on Wednesday, April 10. Students who live on dirt roads will need alternate transportation to and from school.

The Liberty HS Ag Mechanics team took a break between contests at SFASU and SHSU to learn more about the ag mechanics industry! They toured Bright Coop, Inc. in Nacogdoches - the largest manufacturer of poultry handling equipment in the United States!

For the FOURTH TIME in school history, the Pirate Unified Track team is headed to Regionals! The team placed second at the Area 17 Unified Track Meet last week at Lubbock Christian, and they'll compete April 17 at McMurray University to qualify for State. Go Pirates! #lcpfamily

LCISD is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Moffitt as new head coach of the LCHS Volleyball program! Coach Moffitt brings extensive experience to the Lady Pirates, including coaching at the high school, club, and collegiate levels. As a four-time District Coach of the Year, Coach Moffitt has most recently led the Amarillo High School Volleyball team to an undefeated 2023 home season and a district record of 48-2, including a current 38-district-game winning streak. We are excited to welcome Coach Moffitt, along with his wife, two daughters, and son, to the LCP Family!

LCISD will host pre-k and kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year from 12:00-6:00 p.m. TOMORROW, Thursday, April 4, at the LCISD Administrative Offices (13807 Indiana Ave.)!
