General Payment and Information for college credit courses:

  • SPC academic course payments are paid directly to SPC - $50 per hour

  • SPC CTE course (Welding, Fire, Auto) payments are paid directly to LCHS - $250 per semester per course

  • AP payments are paid directly to LCHS - $50 per exam

  • OnRamps payments are paid directly to LCHS - $149 or $99 (free/reduced lunch) per course

SPC Spring Calendar

January 17 - Spring Classes begin!

April 7 - Easter Break - Offices Closed

April 27 - last day to drop spring courses

May 8-11 - Spring Final Exams

NEW TSIA 2.0 Pre-Assessment:

The new TSIA 2.0 Pre-Assessment can be found at this link: https://practice.accuplacer.org/login

  • You must create an account using a PERSONAL email address (do NOT use your school email). 

  • You need to select SOUTH PLAINS COLLEGE as the institution in Step 1 of the PAA

  • You MUST print your certificate and bring it with you to the test.

SPC

  2. TSIA 2.0 or proof of exemption

  3. We will send high school transcripts to SPC in June after grades are finalized in June.  

  4. AUTO TECH, WELDING TECH and FIRE ACADEMY: You must provide proof, to SPC, of a  Meningitis Vaccination within the last 5 years to enroll in these courses.  Payment for these courses are made to Lubbock-Cooper.

  5. SPC payments for courses are made directly to SPC.  The cost is $50 per hour.
