January is Texas School Board Recognition Month, and we are grateful for the opportunity to honor the LCISD Board of Trustees! Ms. Nichols' South Elementary Pirates are practicing random acts of kindness! They wrote notes of gratitude to Officer Wuensche for always keeping them safe!
Ms. McKay's South Elementary second graders had a collaborative discussion about Dr. Martin Luther King, his life, and his wisdom. They then split into groups and created a timeline of his life. We are so impressed by their knowledge!
